Build Your First Aid Kit

While the crew here at Squad 42 are always ready to answer the call, you can be ready as well to protect your family in the case of a minor medical emergency. The following list of items are essential for your home first aid kit:

Sturdy Container

· 2-3 sets of Personal Protective Gloves

· A variety of adhesive bandages

· Chewable 81 mg baby aspirin

· Various gauze wraps

· 4x4 gauze squares

· Tweezers

· Eye wash cup / Eye Pads

· Notepad

· Writing utensil

· Alcohol wipes

· Sterile water or distilled water

· Elastic bandage

Make sure you clearly mark the container as a first aid kit. Also a useful tip is to have emergency numbers listed inside or on the box.

This kit is for basic injuries. If you feel your injury is of urgent nature do not hesitate to seek medical treatment.
